Rodrigo is an Industrial Engineer with a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University. He is part of the Harvard Presidential Leadership Program and is certified in International Mergers and Acquisitions by the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alliances.

Rodrigo Tona was named “Sustainability Champion” by The Purchaser magazine in 2021, recognized by the regional media as “One of the most admired entrepreneurial leaders in the region” by Strategy and Business magazine, and was recently the cover of Forbes Central America magazine highlighting his business vision of the future and cited as one of the business leaders with the best ethics and reputation in Central America.

He has worked as CEO of Ternova reaching more than 40 countries, directing offices and operations in Central America, North America, and Southeast Asia with a team of more than 2,000 collaborators.
