*Evaluations: We use evaluations primarily to help us to understand your child and also to assure ourselves that he or she will be able to flourish and succeed in our learning community, especially given the bilingual nature of our curriculum.

    • Constancia/contrato laboral o copia de las últimas 3 declaraciones de IVA (en este último caso, presentar copia de la tarjeta de IVA)
    • Copia del DUI/pasaporte y NIT de los padres de familia y/o responsables de pagos
    • Declaración de pago de renta

      Students documents:

    • The original birth certificate or a legally authenticated copy
    • A passport size colour photograph of the student

      • Documents from previous school:

    • ABC recommendation form - to be submitted by the previous school
    • Letter from the previous school stating that there are no outstanding accounts
    • The original last school report or transcript received at the previous school
    • A conduct letter from the previous school
    • Grade equivalence for the previous school year, issued by MINED El Salvador; for that purpose you must present to MINED the authenticated and apostilled report card by the issuing country’s authorities, and then by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador. This document must be then translated to Spanish

      • Parent/Guardian documents:

    • Authorization of credit record evaluation
    • Letter of employment or contract
